Do I need an appointment?
Appointments get priority, but we take walk-ins for diagnostics and quick services whenever a bay is open. Booking ahead guarantees same-day service.
Do you work on European vehicles?
Yes. We run factory-level diagnostic tools for BMW, Audi, and VW, so most European repairs that would otherwise go to the dealer can be done here.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Every repair is backed by a two-year parts and labour guarantee, in writing, with no exceptions.
Do you offer a shuttle or loaner while my car is in?
We offer a free local shuttle service while your vehicle is being serviced. Ask when you book.
Will I get a quote before you start work?
Always. You'll receive a written, itemized estimate with photos before any work begins, and we call for approval on anything beyond the original scope.
